If you dont know what this creature is, I can tell you this is one of Christopher Carrions creepy Nightmares.

Carrion uses these creatures to send nightmares to his prisoners and scare them to death with fear. These Nightmares are monsters that swim from inside Carrions brain into his collar.

Thank you, both of you! I`m used the references from Clive Barkers descriptions from the books and his artwork. In book two, Mr. Barker writes that the Nightmares got heads that looks like petals together with small eyes pistils. Scary, dangerous but somehow very beautiful creatures.
